Jorge has over 30 years of experience representing injured persons in personal injury, wrongful death, and employment discrimination cases. His willingness to take a case to trial, when a settlement offer is not fair, is well known among his peers.
Jorge’s trial skills, dedication, and hard work in state and federal court have resulted in over 25 federal jury verdicts in favor of plaintiffs, and he has negotiated numerous large settlements for his clients. He has been appointed to Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees in major personal injury cases, including the San Juan Dupont Plaza Hotel Fire Litigation, and named to the Board of Bar Examiners of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
