Drawing on more than a decade of experience, Lily has developed a unique perspective on all aspects of labor and employment relationships. She has counseled and represented employers in all facets of litigation, negotiated with unions, assisted workers, prosecuted federal labor cases, and served as a hearing officer in administrative proceedings.
Prior to founding the firm, Lily served as a senior field attorney with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), investigating and prosecuting unfair labor practice claims spanning Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she represented the General Counsel in several complex cases with nuanced legal theories.
Today, backed by 15+ years of expertise, she represents a broad range of businesses in traditional labor matters under the National Labor Relations Act — collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, union organizing and elections — and counsels clients on wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination and harassment, accommodations, leaves of absence, and workplace policy.
